Why can't I see my discounts?

All discounts are deducted at the checkout page.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes, we use Shopify's payment software. This means your payment details are securely stored and only visible to relevant personal.

What happens to my personal details?

We take the upmost care to protect your data and keep it safe. We comply to strict GDPR regulations and ensure only necessary data is collected.

Why can't my payment be processed?

Delivery & Shipping

What if my delivery doesn't arrive?

Although we aim to deliver within 3 business days from your order date, to mitigate any issues that may occur, we follow a 5 Business Day Policy.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

You can provide any important information on the delivery section at the checkout screen where you can include a safe place to leave your package.

How much is it for delivery?

We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We currently only deliver within the UK, but we're working to expand our operations internationally. Subscribe for updates!

Refunds & Returns

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund you need to contact our dedicated Customer Service Team. - CONTACT US

How long will my refund take?

Once we have received your return, and accepted you refund request. The funds will reflect in your account within 30 days.

What if my product is damaged?

All our products are vigorously checked before shipping, if you received a damaged product, contact our dedicated Customer Support Team - CONTACT US

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must not have been used and must be returned in its original condition.

What is your quality guarantee?

If your product becomes faulty due to mechanical issues we will replace your Metabolist bottle.

Please note* This doesn't affect your statutory rights and the bottle will be assessed before replacement is confirmed.

Am I charged for returns?

If you are returning your item under our Quality Guarantee scheme you will be charged for the return fee of the bottle.

If you are retruning your bottle due to damage or defect and after a full assessment and acceptance of the condition of the unit, we will cover the costs of the return.

Materials & Product Information

What materials are used?

We only select sustainable and durable materials. We use premium 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and 100% BPA-free components.

Is my Metabolist bottle microwavable?

No, you must not use your Metabolist bottle in the microwave, this will cause damage to the bottle and potentially your microwave.

Can I put my Metabolist bottle in the dishwasher?

No, our bottles should not be used in a dishwasher. To clean you bottle correctly use mild detergent and warm water and light duty cloth/sponge. You can see the full "Care Instructions" on the products page.

How do I clean my Metabolist bottle?

Hand Washing:

  1. Fill your product with warm water and a mild detergent.
  2. Let it stand for a few minutes.
  3. Wash with a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
  4. Rinse with clean water and dry completely with a clean towel.

Deep Cleaning (Occasional):

  1. For a more thorough clean:
  2. Mix one part baking soda with one part warm water
  3. Let it soak in your product for up to an hour.
  4. After rinsing this mixture out, clean your product again with mild detergent.

*Please note: This product is NOT suitable for Microwave use or Dishwasher use
