Main Workout
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Complete 3 rounds.
Jumping Jacks:
Classic full-body cardio, getting your heart rate up.
High Knees:
Drive knees towards your chest at a fast pace.
Butt Kicks:
Bring heels towards your glutes quickly.
Mountain Climbers:
In plank, alternate bringing knees to chest.
Burpees (no push-up):
Squat, kick feet back, jump feet forward, stand and jump.
Skater Jumps:
Lateral jumps with a slight pause on each landing.
Plank Jacks:
From plank, jump feet out wide then back together.
